1. Postage Rates
We charge a flat rate of $12 AUD for tracked postage anywhere in Australia, no matter how many items you order.
Free shipping on all orders over $120.
Postage is calculated at checkout and shown before you complete your purchase.
2. Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within Australia only. If you're outside Australia and would like to purchase an item, please contact us at info@secondsignature.com.au and we'll see what we can do.
3. Delivery Times
Orders are packed and sent via Australia Post tracked postage within 2 business days of purchase. Once shipped, most orders arrive within:
- 2–4 business days for metro areas
- 4–8 business days for regional and remote areas
These are estimates provided by Australia Post and not guaranteed delivery times. Delays can occur during peak periods, so please reach out if your order is taking longer than expected.
4. Order Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is shipped, so you can follow its journey to you.
5. Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or arrives visibly damaged in transit, please contact us at info@secondsignature.com.au within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can lodge an enquiry with Australia Post and work with you to resolve it.
